We stayed Camping Auf Kengert, Larochette. By Luxemburg standards this was the most spacious site in the whole of the Principality. All the facilities are in one area near the entrance to the site. There is a good sized swimming pool, with a shallow area at one end for toddlers. The shop is open from 8 am till 11pm every day. There is a restaurant and also a takeaway of sorts. You take your dish and they fill it . You can choose from 5 items.

The toilets and showers were spotless and cleaned twice a day. The showers were excellent - always hot water and adjustable from a trickle to very powerful. One criticism was that there are only 12 showers (6 mens 6 womens) for the whole of the site.

In our opinion the best pitches were on the field kept for people who just turned up on spec or who only wanted to stay for a night. We didn't like our allocated pitch - had a word with the owners who agreed we could change pitch and probably ended up with the best pitch on the whole site.

There are good walks all around, and a pleasant walk into Larochette where there are good cafes and hotels and a Chinese Restaurant
